Key Responsibilities:

• o Lead OSS consulting engagements and telecom transformation initiatives
• o Serve as the primary Network and OSS Subject Matter Expert SME for client programs
• o Define target state architecture operating models and OSS roadmaps
• o Provide domain leadership for Network Inventory Service Fulfillment Service Assurance and Network Automation solutions
• o Drive OSS modernization cloud transformation and process optimization initiatives
• o Conduct business and technical workshops with client stakeholders
• o Lead requirements discovery solution assessments gap analysis and recommendations
• o Support RFPs proposals solution estimations and pre sales activities
• o Guide delivery teams on telecom business processes network technologies and OSS best practices
• o Mentor architects consultants and engineering teams

• o AIOps and Intelligent Assurance solutions
• o Kafka Microservices API led architectures

• o AI ML use cases in Telecom Operations
• o Experience in Network Inventory Consolidation and OSS Transformation programs
• o TOGAF TM Forum PMP SAFe or Cloud certifications
• o Experience supporting Verizon AT T Frontier BT Vodafone Telstra or similar telecom operators
