Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer L2 with deep expertise in Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise security infrastructure. The role requires strong technical leadership, complex incident resolution capabilities, and experience handling large-scale network security environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for critical network security incidents and escalations.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise security solutions using Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA,
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of firewall, VPN, NAT, routing, and connectivity issues.
• Lead firewall migration, consolidation, and upgrade projects.
• Configure and support High Availability (HA) environments.
• Review, optimize, and maintain firewall security policies and rule bases.
• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and firewall compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Network, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams on security initiatives.
• Support change management activities and ensure implementation of security best practices.
• Analyze security incidents and recommend remediation measures.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational documentation.
• Participate in major incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
