Job Description:

• Decommission services including removal of IP addresses, external DNS entries, and SSL certificates across firewalls, load balancers, external DNS, proxies, and micro-segmentation.
• Assist with change management, creation of runbooks, SOPs, change requests, and coordination for approval.
• Perform software upgrades on firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortigate), load balancers (F5), proxies (Zscaler, Forcepoint), IPS (Cisco FTD/FMC), micro-segmentation (Trend Micro), and security management tools (Panorama, Smart Console).
• Assist with on-call escalation and Level 3 support as needed.
• Implement daily changes across firewalls, load balancers, proxies, micro-segmentation, external DNS, and CDN, including planned DR activities.
• Provide planned go-live standby support for newly released projects.
• Influence standards and platforms for future application development.
• Mentor junior or L2 operational team members, including guidance during emergency changes.
