Must Have :
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls (PA series) across enterprise and data center environments.
- Manage firewall configurations including security policies, NAT rules, App‑ID, URL filtering, threat prevention, and decryption.
- Administer Panorama for centralized policy management, templates, and device groups.
- Conduct firewall rule reviews, optimization, and cleanup in line with least‑privilege principles.
- Troubleshoot complex traffic flow, policy enforcement, performance, and security issues using logs, packet captures, and monitoring tools.
- Implement and support VPN solutions including IPSec and GlobalProtect (site‑to‑site and remote access).
- Perform firewall upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and maintenance, coordinating with business stakeholders and CAB.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure risk mitigation and adherence to security standards.
- Configure, administer, and support F5 BIG‑IP (LTM / GTM) environments.
- Manage Virtual Servers, Pools, iRules, Profiles, and Health Monitors.
- Troubleshoot application availability, traffic distribution, and failover issues.
- Support SSL offloading, persistence, and high‑availability configurations.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization activities.
- Design, implement, and support Data Center network infrastructure (Core, Aggregation, Access layers).
- Configure and manage Layer 2 / Layer 3 technologies including VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, VRRP/HSRP.
- Troubleshoot complex latency, packet drops, routing loops, and convergence issues.
- Act as L2 / L3 escalation point for critical P1/P2 Network incidents.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Palo Alto NGFW configuration and operations
- Expertise in Panorama, Global Protect, Wildfire, and Threat Prevention subscriptions
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI, VLANs, routing (BGP, OSPF), NAT
- Experience in LAN/WAN, Data Center, and hybrid environments
- Hands‑on with packet analysis and firewall log analysis (e.g., traffic flow troubleshooting)
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Experience in maintenance activities, upgrades, and change implementation
