Network Security Engineer

Role Summary

As a NAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and optimization of Network Access Control solutions to secure enterprise networks. You'll work directly with NAC platforms (such as Forescout NAC, Aruba ClearPass), enforce access policies, onboard devices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with security and network teams to maintain robust access control across wired and wireless environments

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain NAC solutions including Forescout or ClearPass.
• Develop, enforce, and manage network access control policies (802.1X, MAB, posture assessment, device profiling)
• Integrate NAC with network infrastructure and security tools like RADIUS, Active Directory, firewalls, SIEMs, and identity services
• Monitor NAC system logs, events, and alerts — analyze and resolve access or compliance issues
• Troubleshoot NAC authentication, authorization, and enforcement problems across endpoints and network segments.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and NAC configurations.
• Assist in compliance audits, reporting, and performance tuning to optimize network access security.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Network Access Control, network security, or NAC operations.

Hands-on experience with NAC solutions (Forescout NAC, Aruba ClearPass, etc.).

Solid understanding of network security concepts including RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, MAB, profiling, and posture checks.

Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, wireless).
