Monitor, trouble-shoot, and resolve enterprise network issues.
Focus will be on the Palo Alto Firewalls, including ISE, Global Connect, and could include Cisco/Meraki equipment
Implement Plan, coordinate, and facilitate designed solutions using best practices to provide future support model;
Maintain the performance, security and availability of services
Document document the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure solutions
Will own the Palo Alto firewall solutions including day to day administration and maintenance of hardware/software and configuration including policies.
Will work with several network engineers that are focused outside Palo Alto and alongside System Engineers that handle the Windows/Linux/Azure/GCP systems.
