Network Security Engineer

The Cisco ISE Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure by applying in-depth knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points, AAA. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Design and implement network infrastructure for CIsco ISE and DNAC products based on business requirements.

Configure and maintain network security measures, including network segmentation, NAC, TACACS+, RADIUS, SGT.

Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.

Monitor network performance and identify potential bottlenecks or other issues that could impact performance.

Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

3+ years of experience in network administration and Cisco networking technologies

Cisco certifications, such as CCNP or CCIE, are highly valued.

In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless networking, DNAC.

Ability to work in a team environment and availability to work outside of regular business hours, as needed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Python, Powershell scripting

ISE, Jira, Confluence

Ansible automation
