Network & Security Engineer (L2/L3)

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Network & Security Engineer (L2/L3) to manage and support our data center network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in firewall management, firewall migration projects, and advanced network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot L2/L3 networks (switching, routing, VLANs, routing protocols).

Configure, operate, and maintain enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco / Check Point / Juniper).

Perform firewall rule creation, optimization, cleanup, and OS upgrades.

Lead firewall migration projects: policy translation, configuration, and cutover.

Troubleshoot routing, connectivity issues, latency, and security policy conflicts.

Support data center operations, high availability setups, and network monitoring.

Participate in incident management, RCA, change management (ITIL), and documentation.

Qualifications

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science and Business System, Information Technology, Electronics And Computer Engineering, Computers

Technical Qualification:

CCNA / CCNP (R&S or Security)

PCNSE / NSE47 / CCSA / CCSE / JNCIS-Sec

ITIL Foundation

Cloud networking exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) added advantage
