Network Security Engineer

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Next Generation Firewall landscape and Security Gateways, Remote access solutions: VPN, IPSEC VPN, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot switching, routing, and NAC
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless Access Points
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IP Addressing
• Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications, report network availability, performance, and utilization
• Respond to network disruptions or anomalies and facilitate resolution
• Coordinate work with networking resources to provide leveraged support model to respond to network disruptions
• Assess and optimize the connectivity ecosystem by ensuring that users, servers, data, and applications are connected in the most effective manner. Create and maintain network topology diagrams and other documentation
• Must be able to lead other Networking Engineers. Leverage experience to provide mentoring to other members of the technical team as appropriate.
• Research, develop, and implement methods for leveraging cloud resources for automation.
• Coordinate and contribute to audits, upgrades, breach investigations and customer benefits
• Develop an environment of learning and sharing the knowledge and act as a team player

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS or equivalent experience supporting end users in relevant technology
• You should have a minimum of 8+ years relevant experience to the role
• Hands on Knowledge and a thorough understanding for Meraki SD WAN Concepts
• High Technical knowledge of networks, network security and their configuration and operational processes
• Proficient in Cisco Switching (catalyst, NX, upgrades and LAN security) and routing, Network Access Control, AAA, device build and upgrades
• Good understanding and hands on experience of Meraki Systems (Firewall, Switches and Access Points), Palo Alto Next (On-Prem & Azure VM series) Generation firewall Solutions and Cisco ASA firewalls
• Good understanding and hands on experience of Cisco ISE
• Knowledgeable in Dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP etc.
• Strong background and Experience with Physical and Virtual Appliances for VPN , Express Route , MPLS , Azure Network Security Groups, User Defined Routes, Load Balancers , NAT (Source and destination) , HA (Active/Active and Active/Passive) , Application integration , Reporting and Management
• Knowledge of Citrix NetScaler preferred
• Working knowledge of data centers, their architecture, and standards, Handing day to day network and security related changes and requests and issue troubleshooting
• Certifications: CCNP (Is a must), PCNSE, CCNP Sec or related preferred
