Experience: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skills : Checkpoint, F5 products and WAF experience

Role : To provide specialized technical support, for IT Security systems and services currently in use across enterprise

The position holder will be required to have broad and in-depth knowledge of Network/IT Security infrastructure implementation, management, operations and solution delivery concepts.

The position holder will be required to:

1.Provide BAU and Project related support for Security Technologies within the Cyber Protection Portfolio

2.Perform business-as-usual technology management and support functions across enterprise Network/IT security technology systems

3.Report to Platform/Senior Managers and senior team members on technology system status and posture

4.Perform problem diagnosis and use technical expertise to develop options and solutions to specific problems that are often technical in nature and contribute to remediation, repair and recovery activity

5.Create and contribute to the maintenance of support related documentation and Knowledge base articles

6.Participate in the rotating team on-call after-hours support rosters

Experience & critical Skills required for this Role.

1. Experience deploying and supporting infrastructure/applications hosted within industry recognised Cloud Suppliers (AWS/Azure/Google)

2. Experience in a Medium size Enterprise Environment (more than 5,000 users) across different geographies.

3. Minimum of 3+ years Network/IT Security related experience (3 to 8 Years core Network Security experience)

It is expected that the role holder will have the following qualifications:

1. Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field

2. IT Security related certification (Eg: CISM, CISSP etc..)

3. Cloud experience and certifications. Examples include:

a. AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate)

b. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (Associate)

c. AWS Certified Developer (Associate)

4. Industry qualifications or relevant IT Security specific experience

It is expected that the role holder will have the following skills and experience:

Deep technical capability (plan, build and run) across a broad range of Infrastructure and Security technologies.

Skills and experience with the following product sets and principles.
