Location - Pune and Chennai
- Design and deploy enterprise wireless architectures leveraging centralized, local, and cloud‑managed controller models (e.g., Cisco Catalyst 9800, and cloud platforms).
- Assess and design controller redundancy, high availability, and scalability for campus and site deployments
- Integrate wireless controllers with authentication systems, policy enforcement engines, location services, and network management platforms
- Review and validate predictive, passive, and active site surveys to optimize wireless performance and coverage
- Lead RF planning initiatives, including predictive modeling, spectrum analysis, and signal propagation evaluation
- Define RF profiles and channel/power strategies based on building design, client density, and application requirementsAnalyze interference, attenuation, and client distribution to enhance coverage, capacity, and performance
- Develop RF optimization best practices for indoor, outdoor, high‑density, and mission‑critical environments
- Design standardized SSID frameworks aligned with user roles, device types, and enterprise security policies
- Provide hands‑on implementation and support for Cisco ISE‑based Guest Wi‑Fi services
- Implement network segmentation using VLANs, dynamic policies, and role‑based access control
- Ensure wireless designs comply with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Private 5G and Meraki wireless solutions
