We are seeking a skilled & experienced network engineer with good Networking & Linux skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for doing QA of various complex networking & telecom devices. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills are a must. Knowledge of any scripting language would be an additional advantage.
This is an onsite role for Indore location.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong feature understanding of the product.
- Finding bugs, feature gaps, feature enhancements in the product.
- Reading & developing deep understanding of various product documents, customer requirements & escalations.
- Analysis & debugging of customer issues.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for complex distributed systems
- Continuously improve testing processes by adopting new tools and methodologies
- Provide guidance to junior team members & be adaptable to changing requirements
Qualifications
- BE or MCA in Computers/IT/Electronics/Telecomm
- 2+ years of experience in Networking, Linux
- Good understanding of OSI model, IPv4/IPv6 Addressing, sub netting, VLans, Static/Dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP, RIP), Tunnelling Protocol
- Work experience with VMs/virtualization is an advantage.
