Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze network performance KPIs (latency, throughput, packet loss, availability)
Ensure optimal performance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and telecom networks
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues and bottlenecks
Use network monitoring and performance management tools to track health and capacity
Perform capacity planning and forecasting to support business growth
Coordinate with NOC, engineering, and operations teams for issue resolution
Develop and maintain network performance reports, dashboards, and MIS
Ensure compliance with SLAs and QoS standards
Implement performance optimization and tuning initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring network issues
Support network upgrades, expansions, and new technology deployments
Manage incident, problem, and change processes related to network performance
Define performance benchmarks, thresholds, and alerting mechanisms
Ensure high availability and minimize network downtime
Work with vendors and service providers to resolve performance issues
