Position Overview (Job Summary):
We are seeking a skilled Network Support Analyst to support data and voice services in a production network environment. The role involves end‑to‑end troubleshooting of IP networks, WAN circuits, SD‑WAN platforms, and VoIP infrastructure, while working closely with LECs, service providers, and internal stakeholders. The analyst will operate in a customer‑facing frontline role supporting multiple networking platforms and technologies with a strong focus on service stability, issue resolution, and customer experience.
Mandatory / Primary Skills:

- Experience supporting VoIP networks in production environments
- Understanding of SIP signaling and voice call flows
- Exposure to multivendor network environments
Sub Band with Experience Details:
- Network Support Analyst / Extended Frontline Analyst
- Experience Range:Core Network Support: 2–6 years
- Voice / Extended Frontline exposure: 2–5 years (preferred)
- Customer‑facing support experience: 5+ years (preferred)
Role and Responsibilities (As per Band):
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot data and voice network issues across LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, and VoIP environments
- Perform Layer 1–4 troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues
- Support and troubleshoot WAN circuits by engaging with ISPs, telecom vendors, and LECs
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching issues on Cisco devices
- Support VoIP / SIP networks in Cisco‑centric environments
- Work on SD‑WAN platforms for incident resolution and service stability
- Provide timely resolution while maintaining SLA and customer satisfaction
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support CUCM and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) environments
- Analyze and troubleshoot end‑to‑end voice call flows
- Work with phone service providers to troubleshoot:
- Analog lines
- VoIP calls
- Provide remote frontline support, primarily over phone and ticketing systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and service improvements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant networking education or hands‑on training preferred
Certifications:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory / Preferred
- Additional certifications (Nice to Have):
- CCNP
- SD‑WAN‑related certifications
- Voice (CUCM / Collaboration) certifications
