Hiring: Network Operations Manager

Seeking an experienced professional to lead network operations across a large enterprise environment.

Experience: 18+ years in network operations, including 5+ years in leadership.
MUST HAVE CISCO ACI
Manage networks across 50+ locations, ensuring 99.9%+ availability.
Lead NOC operations, monitoring, incident response, performance optimization and escalations.
Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls and cloud networking.
Experience with Cisco, Aruba Wi-Fi, HPE and Extreme; Cisco Nexus data centre networking CISCO ACI preferred.
Oversee network design, deployments and technology adoption, balancing cost, resilience and scalability.
Manage SLAs, vendor accountability, contractual obligations and payment timelines.
Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, documentation and disaster recovery preparedness.
Lead engineering teams and collaborate with security, cloud and application teams.
Strong stakeholder communication, governance and ITIL knowledge.
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, ITIL and AWS/Azure networking certifications.
