Network Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Technician with strong hands-on experience in enterprise network troubleshooting and NOC operations.

Job Title: Engineer III – Senior Network Technician

Location: Delhi NCR / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: US-Aligned Night Shift

Experience- 6 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve network incidents, service requests and changes.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP, SD-WAN and wireless issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Work on client tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLA.
• Use tools such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Cisco IOS/CLI, Aruba Central, FortiManager, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Palo Alto Prisma, etc.
• Provide remote support to enterprise clients.
• Resolve 80%+ of assigned incidents independently.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering teams when required.
• Mentor junior technicians and support the team with technical issues.
• Communicate with clients in English, both verbal and written.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Network Operations / NOC / Network Support.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of: Routing & Switching , TCP/IP , VPN ,SD-WAN , Wireless ,Cisco networking
• Experience working in an enterprise NOC / managed services / network operations environment.
• Good troubleshooting and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to work US night shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Network Engineering or related field.

Mandatory Certification

Candidate must have an active and valid Cisco certification:

• CCNA OR CCNP
