Job Title: Executive NOC Engineer / NOC Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our Voice NOC & Technical Assistance Center, supporting a leading U.S.-based telecom client. The role involves managing voice services like Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, and Toll-Free with a focus on technical support, network monitoring, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 13 support for voice services: Hosted PBX, SIP, PRI, Toll-Free, etc.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network elements: routers, switches, SBCs, and soft switches.
- Analyze call traces (SIP/SS7) and diagnose call quality issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers for escalations and testing.
- Manage routing changes, customer-impacting issues, and VoIP features.
- Support platforms like Cisco CUCM, CME, Avaya Aura, Sansay, and Oracle SBCs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in telecom voice operations and NOC environments.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, SS7, RTP.
- Proficient in using tools like Empirix for trace analysis.
- Familiarity with PBX systems, VoIP phones, and circuit troubleshooting.
