About the Role:
We are hiring a Network Operations Engineer to monitor, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The role includes proactive monitoring, incident triage, coordination with L2/L3 teams, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network devices, links, and critical services; respond to incidents within SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for RFO.
- Conduct routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
- Maintain ITSM records (ServiceNow/Remedy), SOPs, runbooks, and KB articles.
- Ensure compliance with security policies during troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field.
- 69 years in Network Operations/NOC.
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent devices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, wireless APs.
- Strong communication and cross-team coordination.
