About the Role: A Network Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including data centre networks with business-critical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Network Operations: Manage and maintain large-scale enterprise network infrastructure, including data center networks with business-critical applications.
- ITIL Process: Implement and manage ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, including dynamic and static routing protocols.
- Security: Manage and configure Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in enterprise network management.
- Certifications: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification mandatory; Palo Alto and F5 certifications desirable.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of network design, implementation, and troubleshooting; experience with monitoring and management tools.
Shift Requirements: 24/7 shift work required.
