Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring network systems, responding to deployed application incidents, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics of applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network devices (Linux Servers, Database, On-prem devices), and deployed applications using monitoring tools

Respond to on-prem network and application alerts and tickets on time

Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of application alerts from the initial to the advanced level

Document deployed applications, incidents, and actions taken in the ticketing system

Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or team leads

Monitor and maintain network Application infrastructure and services

Conduct root cause analysis for incidents

Follow standard operating procedures and runbooks

Create and update technical documentation and runbooks

Collaborate with engineering teams on problem resolution

Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and network status

Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support

Required Qualifications Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S

Proficiency in application monitoring and ticketing systems

Proficiency with Linux operating systems

Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) preferred

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work under pressure during incidents

Team collaboration and coordination

Attention to detail and documentation

Work Enviornment:

24/7/365 operations requiring shift work

On-call rotation for after-hours support

Hybrid or on-site presence may be required

Fast-paced, incident-driven environment
