Network Operations Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage network operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability of IT and telecom infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve incidents, outages, and service interruptions.
• Log, track, and update tickets related to network faults, performance issues, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain NOC dashboards, reports, and documentation of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.
• Assist in preventive maintenance, and compliance with operational standards.
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports, network performance summaries, and escalation logs.

Requirements:

• Graduate in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
