Job Description
Manager – Telecom is responsible for enterprise telecom capacity planning, demand forecasting, circuit commissioning, provider governance, telecom optimization, and service delivery across the organization's global network infrastructure. The role ensures adequate network capacity, resilient connectivity, optimized telecom costs, and seamless delivery of telecom services supporting business operations across WAN, Internet, MPLS, and Cloud.
The incumbent will work closely with Network Operations, Infrastructure, Business, Project Management, and Telecom Service Providers to ensure high availability, scalability and operational excellence across the telecom environment. Experience managing multi-site enterprise WAN environments and telecom service providers and must possess Average working knowledge of enterprise networking and telecom technologies,
