Job Description

Primary Title: Network Access Control (NAC) Engineer

About The Opportunity

Opportunity in the Enterprise Networking & Cybersecurity services sector delivering secure network access, segmentation, and identity-based access controls for large-scale corporate environments. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in India focused on designing, deploying and operating Network Access Control solutions to enforce secure, policy-driven access across wired and wireless networks.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy and maintain NAC solutions to enforce identity-based access and segmentation across wired and wireless estates.
  • Configure and manage Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass policies, profiling, posture assessment, and guest/onboarding flows.
  • Integrate NAC with AD/LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS+ servers, MDM/endpoint posture systems and wireless controllers for end-to-end authentication and authorization.
  • Lead 802.1X rollouts, wired/wireless onboarding, certificate-based authentication, and device profiling for enterprise users and IoT devices.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations, Security and Identity teams to develop RBAC policies, change-management plans, and incident response for access issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, monitoring, logging integration with SIEM, and maintain NAC documentation, runbooks and test plans.

  • 802.1X
  • RADIUS
  • TACACS+
  • Active Directory / LDAP

Preferred

  • SIEM integration experience (e.g., Splunk) for NAC logs and alerts
  • Automation/scripting with Python or Ansible for configuration and reporting
  • Experience with wireless controllers and network switching platforms (Cisco/Aruba)
