Technologies-
Basic routing and switching- vlans,stp,ospf, bgp
Security -Firewalls - Cisco FTD,FMC, palo alto,panorama
Wireless experience- cisco /Meraki
Good to have SD WAN experience preferably CATO and cloud experience -aws/gcp/azure
Sound understanding of ITIL processes - Incident/Change management , SR
Shud have excellent communication & customer handling experience ,possibly US clients.
Willingness to work in 24/5 and on-call shifts.
