Role - Network support engineer

- Huawei LAN switches
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Huawei Data Networking solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Huawei switches (S5720, S5731, CE 6863 Series, CloudEngine).
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues.
- Configure and maintain Aruba wireless solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Administer and optimize HP Intelligent Management Center (IMC) for network monitoring and performance management.
- Manage and maintain Netbox for network documentation and IP address management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security, scalability, and high availability.
- Perform capacity planning, network audits, and proactive performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs.
- Provide L3-level support and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Huawei switches, routers, and enterprise networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP).
- Expertise in Aruba wireless technologies and controller-based deployments.
- Proficiency in HP IMC for network monitoring and automation.
- Experience with Netbox for network inventory and IPAM.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and firewall integration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible) for network tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Huawei HCIP/HCIE, Aruba Certified Professional, CCNP/CCIE preferred).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
