Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have - Proficiency in Cisco firewall technologies (Cisco ASA, Firepower, etc.) and network security principles. - Strong knowledge of firewall rules, NAT, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. - Experience in analyzing and mitigating security threats and vulnerabilities. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.

Good-to-Have - Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Security are advantageous.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco firewall solutions, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Monitor and manage firewall infrastructure to ensure security and compliance with organizational policies. - Investigate and resolve security incidents, firewall breaches, and network vulnerabilities. - Collaborate with other teams to design and implement firewall policies and access control lists (ACLs). - Perform regular firewall audits and updates to maintain optimal performance and security. - Document firewall configurations, procedures, and best practice
