Electronics & Telecom (E&T) background to handle OLT installation, GPON/FTTH deployments, and Nokia/Tejas network equipment commissioning. Join our telecom infrastructure team to drive fiber optic network rollout and maintenance across India's major telecom circles.
Role Summary
As a Network Field Engineer, you'll perform
OLT installation and commissioning, configure Nokia/Tejas routers/switches, execute FTTH/GPON deployments, and handle complete network integration testing. This hands-on field role requires strong hardware installation skills, OFC patching expertise, and power cabling knowledge for telecom infrastructure projects.
OLT & Network Installation
- OLT Installation and Commissioning in field locations
- Installation, Configuration, Commissioning of Nokia/Tejas Routers and Switches
- Integration & Acceptance Testing of network devices
- FTTH/GPON Technologies deployment and troubleshooting
Fiber Optic & Cabling
- Expertise with all kinds of OFC Patch Cords (SC, LC, ST connectors)
- Power Cabling for telecom equipment installation
- Hardware Installation of network active/passive components
- Remote Assistance and Telnet configuration support
Field Operations
- Network device physical installation and rack mounting
- Fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing
- OTDR testing and fiber link certification
- Power meter and optical power budget verification
