Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Network Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies, capable of managing complex enterprise network environments and delivering advanced (L3) support.
Mandatory Technical Skills (Must Have No Compromise)
- Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
- Routing & Switching (Enterprise Level)
- Cisco SD-WAN
- Wireless Controllers (Cisco WLC)
- Strong L3 Troubleshooting & Support Experience
Critical Requirement:
- Candidates must have configuration (write) access on network devices
- Profiles with only monitoring / read-only experience will be rejected
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Configure, manage, and optimize Cisco network devices
- Ensure network performance, stability, and security
- Handle incident management, escalations, and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for seamless operations
Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on practical experience (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Experience in enterprise-level environments preferred
- Ability to handle onsite client interactions and pressure situations
