Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
Have good knowledge of networks SDWAN / Leased Lines / Fiber Connectivity / Wireless RF Connectivity / GSM Network / WCDMA network / service applications characteristics and capabilities.
Basic Knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes along with Access, Core, Transport & Service Networks.
