Job description
• Monitor Network infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues
• Timely update, escalation, and resolution of network tickets
• Perform daily Health Check for Network, ensuring Network Uptime and service availability as per SLA
• Implementation of standard network changes
• Configuring and troubleshooting of switches and routers.
• Commission and Decommission Network equipment
• Experience in WAN / Internet link troubleshooting with ISPs
• Collaborate with Lead and Specialists for the implementation of Migration/Upgradation Activities.
• Document the SOP and network diagrams.
