Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with over 8 years of experience in LAN/WAN design, network certification, and lab validation of enterprise network systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Cisco, Arista, and Juniper platforms, and demonstrate the ability to lead complex network initiatives independently.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience required, extensive experience with LAN/WAN network design, engineering, and code/ feature certification/validation.
  
  

• Experience with testing design and certification of products in LAB environments a MUST
  
  

• CCNP level experience.
  
  

• Strong Knowledge of working with protocols such as OSPF, BGP, QoS, IPSec, PIM
  
  

• Strong Experience with Cisco Platforms such as Catalyst, Nexus, Dell Mi/o, HP 6120/ 6125/ Moonshot family
  
  

• Experience with MAB/ Port Security/ NAC/ 802.1x
  
  

• Strong Knowledge of Certification of new code, and bug Scrubs on IOS/XE/NXOS/ and limited XR
  
  

• Experience with Arista Platforms such as 7280, 7504 etx.
  
  

• Experience developing strategies with multiple vendors
  
  

• Experienced with creating design documents for each certification which includes engineering guidelines. -Experience with Tools such as IXIA to test and certify various designs and troubleshoot networks issues.
  
  

• Good knowledge IP Routing BGP, MP-BGP, OSPF, RIP, MPLS, L2-VPNs, Spanning-tree protocol,
  
  

• Understanding of network protocols, network platforms such as Cisco/Juniper/Arista to design and troubleshoot new implementation. Wireshark Multicast: IGMPv2/3, PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, AutoRP, BSR, Static RP, RP-Anycast, MSDP
  
  

• IP Routing Platforms ISRg2, ASR1K, Catalyst, Juniper MX a plus L2 and L3 QoS
  
  

• Cisco Switching Platforms Cat3K, 4K, 6K, SUP6e/6le/7e/7le/8e SUP32, SUP720.
  Extensive knowledge of Switching and Switching mechanisms like CEF, TCAM
  

• Knowledge on Arista and/ or Juniper switch/ routing platforms are a plus
  
  

• Understanding of new protocols being deployed intra and inter Data Center(LISP,VXLAN, NV-GRE, eVPN)
  
  

• AWS (or Azure cloud equivalent)... Cloud Computing direct connect/Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, Amazon Simple DB, Amazon Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon DNS and other se • Data Center power and cooling, cabling 10/ 25G/40G/50G/100G desired
  
  

• Cloud computing, Virtualization industry standard and trends, server technologies a plus
  
  

• Router hardening technologies, DDoS mitigation, routing protocol encryption, SSH
  
  

• implementation, out-of-band network design, 802.1x, NAC, IPSec
  
  

• Manage vendor, coordinate testing and evaluate PoC
  
  

• Possess ability to interpret data quickly and effectively.
  
  

• Possess ability to perform very complex implementations with little or no guidance and/or oversight from a project manager.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

• Must work well in team environment.
