Position: Network Engineer

Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Product and network-related issues.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) concepts such as IP addressing, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN fundamentals, and basic networking protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Note: The applicant should be CCNA certified or currently pursuing CCNA certification.
