Education:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) and Cisco SD-WAN.
- Work with MPLS VPNs, IPsec/SSL VPNs, QoS, Wireless, Load Balancing/Sharing.
- Implement switching concepts: VLAN, VTP, STP variations, Dot1x, EtherChannel.
- Handle large-scale Global MPLS / SD-WAN deployments.
- Exposure to Firewall technologies & security features.
- Coordinate with customers for service activations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and operating procedures.
- Identify and mitigate network performance bottlenecks.
- Plan, design, and document network upgrades & security enhancements.
- Hands-on experience in the Cisco Viptela SD-WAN platform preferred.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot critical office network issues with engineering teams.
- Take ownership of Change Requests & Incident Management with RCA analysis.
- Identify and mitigate security threats, ensuring IT compliance.
- Support senior teams in project-based configurations and deployments.
- Manage off-site installations and hardware configurations.
- Handle escalations from L1 engineers and provide advanced technical support.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SD-WAN & MPLS networks.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer coordination skills.
- Experience in global-scale network projects and security implementation.
