About the Role:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Engineer to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of network concepts,

with hands-on experience or familiarity with WiFi technologies, Ruckus, Cambium

Networks, and MikroTik equipment. This position is perfect for someone with skills between

Network+ and CCNA, looking to grow their career in network engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Maintenance & Support:
  • Assist in configuring, deploying, and managing WiFi networks using

Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable

and secure connectivity.

  • Support senior network engineers in maintaining network infrastructure,

including routers, switches, and access points.

  • Network Configuration:
  • Participate in the setup and configuration of network devices.
  • Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with

organizational policies.

  • Conduct routine network maintenance and updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams,

configurations, and procedural documentation.

  • Assist in preparing network performance reports and analysis.
  • User Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users experiencing network issues.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve network-related problems promptly.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in networking technologies

and best practices.

  • Pursue relevant certifications and training opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field/position.
  • Educational Background
  • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS,

DHCP, etc.).

  • Experience with or knowledge of Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and

MikroTik devices.

  • Familiarity with WiFi networking concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
  • Must Requirements:
  • Must be willing to work in a fixed USA Day shift, including weekends.
  • Must be skilled in outbound customer calls and handling inbound calls

from field techs and CS agents.

  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with network configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
