Job Description

Hands-on experience with Ericsson APZ 210, IOG11C, BYB501
Knowledge of IN and Routing Concepts, IN2.1, and IN Call Flows
Expertise in signaling protocols SS7 (INAP/ISUP) and ISDN 30
Understanding of database concepts related to SMAS
Experience with Telesis Ocean Fast SSP and Signaling Unit
Familiarity with Sonus systems and units
Good knowledge of VOIP functioning and SO Services
Knowledge of KPN call flows and tools like NMF or other ticket tracking systems
Strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts (10 AM to 11 PM IST) and on-call rotation
