Position: Network Engineer(LAN/WLAN DNAC)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Engineer with expertise in LAN/WLAN and Cisco DNAC to assess, analyze, and optimize network environments across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting network assessments, identifying performance issues, and providing actionable recommendations to improve network efficiency, stability, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data on in-scope locations current network design/diagrams, performance, hardware & software inventory details, current stability issues & bottlenecks.
- Analyze network traffic to identify bottlenecks and performance issues
- Document findings from the network assessment
- Generate comprehensive reports summarizing the assessment results
- Provide actionable recommendations for network improvements
- Work with Architect to validate assessment findings and recommendations
- Coordinate with other IT professionals to ensure a thorough assessment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN technologies and network fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC (Digital Network Architecture Center).
- Proficiency in network analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools.
- Good knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless networking concepts.
- Ability to interpret network diagrams and infrastructure layouts.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
