Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Network SME with strong expertise in enterprise WAN, SDWAN, Routing & Switching, Security (Firewall), and Network Operations.
Network & Security Expertise
- SME level understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN technologies, and security
- Network design, deployment, migration, and operational support experience
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Network Equipment, Software, Transport Systems, and Cabling Infrastructure
- Perform IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes) activities
- Support protocols under Technical Architecture & Product Standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, routing, and operational issues
- Ability to independently handle production incidents, RCA, and bridge calls
- Good understanding of ITIL Framework and Service Management processes
- Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Lead the technical bridges for all major incidents
- Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
- Monitor open tickets
