Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Network Engineer with a minimum of one year of experience in the telecom industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing telecom network systems to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service delivery. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts, be fluent in Hindi, and possess a personal bike for field visits and on-site support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain telecom network equipment and infrastructure.

Monitor network performance to ensure maximum uptime and service reliability.

Diagnose and resolve network faults, outages, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate with field teams and external vendors to facilitate effective issue resolution.

Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure network stability and performance.

Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate critical issues appropriately.

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to network operations and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecom networking.

Basic knowledge of routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and IP networking concepts.

Familiarity with telecom equipment and fiber network infrastructure (preferred).

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Fluency in Hindi (mandatory).

Must own a personal bike for field support responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of network monitoring tools.

Understanding of telecom infrastructure and ISP operations.
