Location: Noida

Working day - 5 days (9to6pm)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EMS Engineer (L3 level) to manage, monitor, and support enterprise monitoring systems. The candidate will be responsible for handling critical incidents, root cause analysis, and ensuring system stability for ongoing projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage EMS tools to ensure system availability and performance.
• Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities at L3 level.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring issues.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support for critical production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with project and operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and operational processes.

Experience in large-scale enterprise monitoring environments and exposure to multi-vendor infrastructure will be an added advantage
