Job Description
Job Purpose/Summary:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network issues on a 24x7x365 basis.
- Coordinate with global service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure global network availability and continuity of services.
- Quickly restore and resolve network service issues.
- Liaise with internal teams and global service providers for problem resolution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Global network availability.
- Speed and efficiency in restoration/resolution of network services.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
