- Monitor routers, switches, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VPN issues
- Configure VLANs, ports, and IPs
- Maintain network diagrams and documentation
Skills
- Cisco/Fortinet, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, VPN, Network Monitoring Tools
Preferred Certificate
- CCNA, Network+, Fortinet NSE 13
- Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA (preferred but not mandatory).
- 35 years of experience in IT support , system , network administration.
