Role Description
The Network Engineer L1 Passive Support role is a full-time, on-site position located in Khed. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network operations as part of a professional support team. The individual will assist in network administration, provide primary-level support for network-related issues, and ensure smooth operation of networking systems and infrastructure. The role also includes implementing network designs and collaborating with other teams to address security and performance-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering principles
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues
- Understanding of Network Security practices and protocols
- Basic knowledge of Network Design and architecture
- Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site support team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
