Network Engineer L1 || Chembur (Mumbai)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer L1 to join our dynamic IT team. In this entry-level role, you will provide technical support and assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networking hardware and software systems. You will help monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure seamless connectivity for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network infrastructure for performance and connectivity issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and support of network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues (e.g., LAN, WAN, routers, switches).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Document network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
