Network Engineer - L1 Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Manage and maintain network switches and firewalls to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Support network infrastructure with a focus on performance, availability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams for incident resolution, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide L1 support and assist in escalations for complex network issues.
