Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and routing protocols
- Monitor network performance, security, and connectivity issues
- Manage wireless access points (APs) and wireless networks
- Troubleshoot network outages, latency, and end-user network issues
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, backups, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for infrastructure support
- Manage VPN services
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of firewall administration, VPNs, and IPSec
- Knowledge of wireless networking and AP management
- Knowledge of routing, switching, and network security
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Ability to analyze logs and resolve complex network issues
