Job Description

Responsibilities :

Job Summary The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks that support business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, and a passion for maintaining stable and secure IT environments. Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and related network services.

Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues across the corporate environment.

Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity services to ensure business continuity.

Implement and maintain routing and switching configurations in accordance with organizational standards.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements.

Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and service degradation within defined SLAs.

Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and configuration backups.

Collaborate with internal IT teams, including Service Desk, Systems Administration, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.

Participate in infrastructure projects, network expansion activities, and technology refresh programs.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.

3 years of experience in network administration, network operations, or network engineering.

Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches. Technical Skills Routing

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Exposure to network security technologies, including firewalls and VPNs.

Experience with wireless networking solutions.

Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS).

Exposure to ITIL-based service management environments. Certification: CCNA Preferred (Good to Have)
