Network Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our network systems, collaborating with other IT professionals, and providing support to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitoring network performance and security, identifying areas for improvement.
• Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Collaborating with IT teams to integrate network solutions with other services and platforms.
• Documenting network configurations, processes, and changes for future reference.
• Providing technical support to end-users and training them on network usage.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Knowledge of network security best practices and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
