Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)
Firewalls- Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, FortiGate Firewalls (Mandatory)
Experience in VPN technologies IPSEC, SSL VPN. (Mandatory)
Hands on experience in Firewall policies, Failover, High availability mode and Transparent firewall
knowledge in Radius and Tacacs servers (ISE, ACS)
Routing & Switching - Cisco Routers & Cisco Switches, Routing protocols, GRE Tunnel, STP,HSRP,VRRP( Mandatory)
Wireless Aruba Wireless (WLC & AP management)
Network Access Control (NAC)
VPN - IPsec & SSL VPN (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience in working with tools like Solar winds, Zabbix Configuration Manager, monitoring system.
Good knowledge on troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
Willingness to work in 24/7 environment and being flexible with Come to Office (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining corporate Network and systems infrastructure including the Cisco L3 & L2 switches and Checkpoint ,Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewall, VPNs, and Wifi setup Network Management and monitoring ensure 99.99 % uptime of network
Hands-on experiences in IPsec VPN, SSL VPNs management, maintenance and troubleshooting, Working knowledge of network features and protocols such as spanning tree, TCP/IP V4/V6, SIP, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, VTP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q trunking, STP, HSRP
Should understand the Network security requirements and implementation of the best practices Network analysing workflow, access, information, and security profile (web-filter, Application controller etc..) based on the requirements
Expertise on Routing, Switching, Network security and Wireless Technology.
Hands-on experiences in unify Wifi Virtual controller and access point management, maintenance and troubleshooting Experiences on Aruba,Avaya IP Phones management, maintenance and troubleshooting .
Provide subject matter expertise for the 24x7 operational support for network component (Routers, Switches, Firewall,Wireless etc.) installation, management, configuration and troubleshooting expertise inclusive of passive components.
To provide expertise for configuration, management and troubleshooting Security Infrastructure components like Firewalls/ IDS/ IPS/ etc.
(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
