Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our network infrastructure and strengthen cybersecurity defenses with advanced Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in network engineering with hands-on cybersecurity experience to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage EDR solutions (e.g., Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum or equivalent) for proactive threat detection and response.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to enforce security policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and endpoint issues.
- Document network architecture, security incidents, and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in network engineering and cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with EDR platforms, SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
