Job Responsibilities
- Assist with configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Provide first-level support for routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and escalate outages or complex incidents to senior engineers.
- Support routine network maintenance, including device checks, configuration backups, and firmware updates.
- Document network configurations, incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Follow network security, change management, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve connectivity issue
